This Cardio Kickboxing class will train every inch of your body at once! Gone are the days of a boring routine that doesn’t push you to your best limits! We incorporate several areas of physical fitness, increasing strength, cardio health, and calorie burn! Instructors will tailor to meet the needs of any skill level, always encouraging you or modifying to support all individual needs. This is a great place to start with our gym, and meet our community!
