Here at Gorilla Combat we teach the fundamental and advance techniques of boxing so you can defend yourself in our outside of the ring. In our beginners class you’ll learn how to move, defend, and strike as a boxer while hitting mitts and punching bags. As a novice fighter you will train along side an instructor and other novice fighters as they help you refine your skills. After mastering the foundations, check out our advance classes where you’ll learn advance punching combos and defensive styles. Sparring is available for those with intermediate to advance skills (instructors approval needed).
Muay-Thai is a martial arts discipline that utilizes the feet, knees, elbows, and fists for combat. Learn everything from a basic kick to advance elbow strikes in our Muay-Thai classes. In our beginners classes you’ll learn how to defend, kick, and strike using heavy bags, pads, and through a variety of drills. Our instructors and other novice fighters will help sharpen your skills so you can take it to the next level. As an advance fighter you’ll learn complex combos and intricate defensive maneuvers. Sparring is available for those with intermediate to advance skills (instructors approval needed).
Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu is a combat sport and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. As a beginner you’ll learn choke locking, grappling, and take down techniques and how to defend against them. During our classes our instructors and fellow fighters will help hone your offensive and defensive techniques through a variety of drills. As an advance fighter you’ll learn advance submission locks, take down techniques, and complex grappling styles. Sparring is available for those with intermediate to advance skills (instructors approval needed).
