Boxing 1
Learn proficient fundamentals and proper body mechanics in Boxing. Train as the pros train! We utilize ropes, heavy bags, speed bag, ring work, focus pads, and drills. The goal is to give the student confidence in applied offensive and defensive techniques. Build endurance, coordination, timing, accuracy, flow then speed and power. Participant will obtain an understanding of sparring and attain physical fitness goals while training. Hand-wraps and gloves are necessary. Boxing shoes encouraged.

Muay-Thai Boxing 1
We teach the fundamentals of Muay-Thai Boxing which incorporates hands, legs, knees and elbows. Use ropes, pads, heavy bags and a variety of drills. Build endurance, coordination, power and speed while learning an effective fighting style. A phenomenal workout. Hand-wraps and gloves are necessary. Ankle guards and shin pads encouraged.

Muay-Thai 2
Advanced training in using hands, legs, knees and elbows. Adds clinches, spins, traps, take-downs, counters, hip control, balance and unbalancing techniques, and ring work.

Submission Grappling
Submission Grappling: Mixing the arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and from MMA Grappling arts - (Wrestling, Judo, Vale Tudo) intended to control your opponent as much as possible using leverage and technique. Submission holds consist of joint manipulation, locks or choke-holds and can be applied even if your opponent is much larger than you. Technique, contact and drills. Open mat held after class.

H.I.T.S: Hybrid Interval Training Stations -- H.I.T.S features 3-minute interval stations (with 1-minute in-between stations) workout. Guaranteed to work everything you have. Stations include plyometrics, weight training, ropes, heavy bag, rounds with a partner in the ring, medicine ball drills, kettle bell, Muay-Thai, Boxing and various cardio, anaerobic, core and functional strength drills.

Youth Boxing/Muay Thai (Boys and Girls ages 8- 13)

This class offers 8-13 year olds a new creative way to exercise. We will teach your child the basic offensive and defensive fundamental skills of boxing and the kicks and knees of Muay Thai. This class will provide your child with basic self-defense skills while improving their muscular and cardio fitness, improving their coordination and encouraging self-discipline and self esteem.

MMA
Mixed Martial Arts: After developing a base from one of our disciplines students may participate in training in MMA. Class instruction is safe for anyone, with varying levels of competitiveness. [2

Private Training

Private training, duos and small group personal training available. One-on-one private sessions are available to meet your schedule and personal needs, or take your sessions to the next level for greater understanding and skills. Training available for: Boxing / Muay-Thai Boxing / Practical Reality Self- Defense /MMA / Competitive Sport Application / Cross Training / Fitness and Weight Management.

Competitive Boxing
If you are interested in competing in boxing, we are members of the USA Boxing Assoc. Let us know of your interest and we can provide you with the information and training necessary.
