Boxing 1
Learn proficient fundamentals and proper body mechanics in Boxing. Train as the pros train! We utilize ropes, heavy bags, speed bag, ring work, focus pads, and drills. The goal is to give the student confidence in applied offensive and defensive techniques. Build endurance, coordination, timing, accuracy, flow then speed and power. Participant will obtain an understanding of sparring and attain physical fitness goals while training. Hand-wraps and gloves are necessary. Boxing shoes encouraged.

Boxing (Ages 15+)
This class focuses on the fundamentals of boxing and the development of those skills. You will learn footwork, combinations, offensive and defensive skills while working on the heavy bag and on pads with partners. This is an active, energizing workout that develops balance, coordination and agility while providing full body conditioning. This class encourages self-discipline, self esteem and provides the teens with valuable basic self-defense skills.

Muay-Thai Boxing 1
We teach the fundamentals of Muay-Thai Boxing which incorporates hands, legs, knees and elbows. Use ropes, pads, heavy bags and a variety of drills. Build endurance, coordination, power and speed while learning an effective fighting style. A phenomenal workout. Hand-wraps and gloves are necessary. Ankle guards and shin pads encouraged.

Muay-Thai 2
Advanced training in using hands, legs, knees and elbows. Adds clinches, spins, traps, take-downs, counters, hip control, balance and unbalancing techniques, and ring work.

Submission Grappling
Submission Grappling: Mixing the arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and from MMA Grappling arts - (Wrestling, Judo, Vale Tudo) intended to control your opponent as much as possible using leverage and technique. Submission holds consist of joint manipulation, locks or choke-holds and can be applied even if your opponent is much larger than you. Technique, contact and drills. Open mat held after class.

"Rounds":  A Boxing/Kickboxing Self-Designed Workout
 
How would you like to put together your own workout each week depending on what you feel like doing? With "Rounds" our trainers will provide you with a variety of drills that are boxing and kickboxing based. You will work off the round clock at 2 or 3 minute intervals and move from one drill to the next. Heavy bags, roping, pad work, shadow boxing, speedbag, the list goes on and on. Trainers will assist you as necessary to apply proper technique so you can get the most from your workout.

CONDITION: RED!
Mondays 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
The techniques and drills in this course are taken from the Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wing Chun Kung Fu. High Repetition in training is emphasized to “hardwire” these techniques into your muscle memory. This helps to bring an immediate response to random attacks from any angle, thus improving your chances of survival in a life-threatening situation.

Youth Boxing/Muay Thai (Boys and Girls ages 9 - 12)

This class offers 9-12 year olds a new creative way to exercise. We will teach your child the basic offensive and defensive fundamental skills of boxing and the kicks and knees of Muay Thai. This class will provide your child with basic self-defense skills while improving their muscular and cardio fitness, improving their coordination and encouraging self-discipline and self esteem.

Teen Girls Boxing/Muay Thai (Girls ages 13 - 18)
This is a fun, energizing class that focuses on skill development by using the fundamentals of boxing and the kicks, knees and elbows of Muay Thai - contact is on equipment only. Students will learn footwork, combinations, offensive and defensive skills while working with partners on the heavy bag and with focus mitts. This class will develop balance, coordination and agility while providing full body muscular and cardio conditioning. It encourages self-discipline, self esteem and provides the youth with valuable fundamental self-defense skills.

Private Training

Private training, duos and small group personal training available. One-on-one private sessions are available to meet your schedule and personal needs, or take your sessions to the next level for greater understanding and skills. Training available for: Boxing / Muay-Thai Boxing / Practical Reality Self- Defense / Competitive Sport Application / Cross Training / Fitness and Weight Management.

Competitive Boxing
If you are interested in competing in boxing, we are members of the USA Boxing Assoc. Let us know of your interest and we can provide you with the information and training necessary.
